SAR Turning Rolls are the preferred option when it comes to handling thin-wall workpieces. Their advanced engineering ensures precise alignment, minimising the risk of distortion and delivering superior welds for delicate workpieces.
The multi-wheel design distributes weight evenly, reducing pressure points. This feature is especially valuable for preventing denting on thin-wall steel vessels, commonly found in thin-wall stainless tanks up to 8mm.

Our core range of self-aligning rotators boast a capacity of up to 500 tonnes, making them suitable for both small-scale and large-scale welding projects. Whether you’re dealing with delicate or heavy-duty applications, our comprehensive stock ensures the availability of the right equipment.
For applications where load distribution is paramount, our self-aligning rotators offer double wheels (4x 2 per unit), further reducing pressure points. If additional load support is needed, an extra SAR support idler can be added under the workpiece, providing even more balanced support.
