Our heavy duty, built to last conventional welding rotators are designed and manufactured to tolerate the hardest, hard-wearing and unrelenting workload environments. The powered drive units are controlled by a five-function pendant with a variable speed potentiometer, giving the operator full control of the rotating workpiece.

What are conventional welding rotators?

A conventional welding rotator is engineered to facilitate the welding of cylindrical vessels. By using independent drive and idler units, vessels of varying lengths can be placed on the rotators supported on the rotator wheels. The base frame allows adjustment of the wheels to accommodate different vessel diameters.
