CONGRATULATIONS TO ANT PARTON ON BEING AWARDED THE ‘KEY PLANT EMPLOYEE REWARDS’ FOR SEPTEMBER 2020.

Mark Plant, who was judicator for September, explained why he awarded Ant with the reward.

As a long standing employee of 6½ years Ant has always been reliable, hard-working and accommodating.

With several recent changes in personnel in the paint bay, Ant has stepped into the role of paint sprayer. Although I feel he took on this role reluctantly he has applied his normal hard working attitude and attention to detail to great effect.

Whereas previous incumbents have complained about painting a third colour in a day, Ant just gets on with it, all the way through the rainbow.

Not one for overtime normally, Ant has also been putting in extra hours regularly to aid production.

Each month, a member of the Key Plant management team will choose a winner based on their innovation, attitude, hard work and commitment. The winner receives a certificate, a crate of beer and a bottle of wine as a show of appreciation from the management team.
