LEADING BY EXAMPLE..

CONGRATULATIONS TO JAKE GORDON ON BEING AWARDED ‘KEY PLANT EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH’ FOR NOVEMBER 2020.

Since joining us, Jake has continued to progress in his role at Key Plant. This progression has been a key factor in placing Jake in charge of Bay 4, making sure delivery deadlines are met, in what is a busy working environment.

This month he spotted a problem, and recitifed 27 out of 30; ‘3 Jaw Chucks’ at the last minute, and made sure all were correct to be shipped to America.

Another award to add to his collection, in 2019 he won the Staffordshire Chamber ‘Apprentice of the Year’ Award, something we are all extremely proud of.

Each month, a member of the Key Plant management team will choose a winner based on their innovation, attitude, hard work and commitment. The winner receives a certificate, a crate of beer and a bottle of wine as a show of appreciation.
