CONGRATULATIONS TO BAY 1 TEAM LEADER, CHRIS ‘CJ’ CARTER ON BEING AWARDED THE ‘KEY PLANT EMPLOYEE REWARDS’ FOR AUGUST 2020.

Director Jon Grigg, who was judicator for August, explained why he awarded CJ with the reward.

Since the beginning of the COVID lockdown, Chris has really stepped up with total commitment, drive and leadership in Bay 1 in getting project work and standard products completed and out the door to important customers on time!

His no-nonsense approach and team leadership have helped to keep a high level of productivity for Key Plant during the difficult global pandemic.

Chris 'CJ' Carter wins August 2020 employee rewards

Each month, a member of the Key Plant management team will choose a winner based on their innovation, attitude, hard work and commitment. The winner receives a certificate, a crate of beer and a bottle of wine as a show of appreciation from the management team. 

September’s winner will be chosen by Production Manager, Mark Plant.
