The company from Schelle in Belgium and Lexmond in the Netherlands distributes a wide range of advanced machines including accessories and consumables. Welding Company specialize in solutions and are involved in large projects in the offshore, oil & gas and thick-walled steel industry.

Under the terms of the distribution agreement:

• Welding Company will distribute Key Plant’s full product catalogue of its weld automation, handling and positioning equipment range, along with Key Plant’s end prep and pipe stands range.
• Welding Company will provide sales, rental and service to customers requiring turnkey welding automation solutions.
• Training and demonstration facilities will be located at Key Plant’s head office in Leek, and Welding Company’s facility in Belgium.
• Large sales and new rental stock will be held at Welding Company’s facility in Belgium
