Purchased Bode facilities and factory, 6 acres site with 70.267sq ft for factory from Bode Positioners in Leek, Staffordshire.
2003
Expanded Liverpool facility purchasing extra 47.5712sq ft from Huntleigh Healthcare.
2006
Purchased entire Rental Fleet from Sneep Industries in the Netherlands (formerly Traffo Rent)
2017
Key Plant purchases Polyurethane (PU) Production Facility in the UK
2019
As part of its continuous growth and investment in the welding automation equipment market, Key Plant expands to the USA, opening an office and factory in Houston, Texas.
