Our PAL Series is designed to provide maximum efficiency and throughput while minimising safety concerns during heavy workpiece handling. This innovative system ensures a seamless and safe elevation of both the headstock and tailstock, thanks to a hardened stainless-steel screw with a low friction re-circulating ball screw and nut, all electrically synchronised.
Port-a-Lift models are available in a range of capacities to suit different handling requirements. Headstock-only options are available in 6,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacities, while complete headstock and tailstock systems are available to handle 10,000 lb, 15,000 lb, and 25,000 lb loads.

We offer optional software for our headstock & tailstocks, and positioning equipment portfolio.
Man-O-Matic is an innovative Key Plant controller that enables a sequence of pre-determined positions to be set. The operator selects the sequence for the component being welded and by initiating a forward or reverse button, foot switch or interfaced equipment such as a trigger pull from a semi-automatic wire feeder the weldment is then moved to the next pre-programmed position.
