For October’s Employee Spotlight, we’re thrilled to introduce Claudia Reed, our Inside Sales Administrator based at Key Plant USA in Houston, Texas 🇺🇸.

Claudia is one of the key people behind the scenes at Key Plant USA, overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations that keep everything running smoothly. Her role ensures efficiency, effectiveness, and a productive work environment — making her an integral part of our US operations team.
Supporting Our Sales Team and Customers Every Day
Claudia has been a valued member of the Key Plant USA team for the past three and a half years, bringing with her a strong background in retail operations and hospitality. This experience has shaped her ability to multitask, stay organised, and communicate effectively — all essential qualities in her role supporting our internal teams and a wide range of customers across the United States and beyond.
As an Inside Sales Administrator, Claudia plays a key role in managing the daily administrative operations at our Houston, Texas facility. From coordinating sales quotes and processing orders to handling customer inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between departments, she keeps everything moving behind the scenes. Her dedication helps uphold the high service standards that define Key Plant USA.
Claudia’s attention to detail, approachable nature, and ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts make her a vital presence in our Houston office — and a key contributor to the success of our US operations.
Life Outside of Work
Claudia enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and relaxing with a good book. She’s also a big baseball fan — proudly supporting the Chicago Cubs ⚾.
Music is another passion of hers, with Iron Maiden being one of her favourite bands. Her go-to track? Aces High — a song that reflects her energetic, upbeat approach to work and life.
And when it comes to staying fuelled throughout the day? Claudia is a coffee drinker through and through ☕.

“At work, I enjoy everything I do — making a tangible difference, constantly learning, and experiencing the variety of tasks presented by the industry. Every day is different and I love what I do.”
2. How does your background influence your role today?
“My background in retail operations and hospitality taught me the importance of organization, customer service, and flexibility — all of which help me thrive in my role at Key Plant USA.”
3. What stands out about the Inside Sales Administrator role?
“No two days are the same. From supporting customers to coordinating projects, there’s always something new to tackle. It’s rewarding to know my work helps keep things running smoothly.”
4. Favourite pastime or interest outside of work?
“I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and unwinding with a good book. And of course — watching baseball! I’m a big Chicago Cubs fan.”
5. Go-to song in the workshop, office, or car?
“Iron Maiden — Aces High is my favourite song. It’s energetic and motivating, just like how I try to approach my workday.”
