For November’s Employee Spotlight, we’re excited to introduce Antonio Rivadeneyra, Sales Manager at Key Plant USA, based in Houston, Texas 🇺🇸

Antonio joined the Key Plant team in 2024, but he brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in the welding and cutting automation industry — experience that translates directly into value for our customers across the United States. Whether it’s helping a fab shop optimize their workflow or specifying a heavy-duty automation package, Antonio knows exactly what’s needed to increase productivity, maintain weld quality, and get results.
Driven by Family, Faith, and Fabrication
Ask Antonio what matters most, and he’ll tell you: “Our family is our priority.” He and his wife enjoy spending time with their loved ones and their local parish community — creating a strong balance between life and work.
Antonio is also an avid sports fan, passionate about both soccer (the real football) and baseball. A loyal supporter of FC Barcelona and the Houston Astros, he jokes, “Even though the Dodgers won the latest World Series, we’ll beat them next year.”
When it’s time to unwind, Antonio and his wife head for the coast. As certified scuba divers, they love nothing more than diving beneath the waves in Riviera Maya, Mexico, one of their favorite getaways.

1. Favourite product to work with — and why?
“Our Key Plant turning rolls. They’re solid, never fail, and built to last — from 6,000 lbs to over 1,000,000 lbs capacity. In fact, our best-selling turning roll model is a market leader here in the US.”
2. One tool or machine you couldn’t live without?
“Our 3-jaw chucks — they’re incredibly accurate and can clamp almost any pipe spool configuration. I rely on them constantly.”
3. What do you enjoy most about the industry?
“I’ve been in welding and cutting automation for almost 20 years — from cutting tables to turnkey welding projects and cobots. The most satisfying part? Seeing a happy customer who’s just received reliable equipment that saves money, improves weld quality, and increases productivity.”
4. A project you’re most proud of?

5. Go-to song in the workshop, office, or car?
“I’m a believer, so I listen to the Gospel of God every day. But I also enjoy Latin music — it keeps the energy high.”

“Coffee — Arabic. Twice a day. Every day.”
