The Job
Due to company growth are looking for an experienced Welder to join our production environment. We are looking for an individual able to work from engineering drawings and able to work on their own initiative to weld high quality mild steel fabrications.
- Be an experienced MIG/MAG welder with experience of mild steel fabrication, jig work and plating in a fast-paced production environment
- Be able to work unsupervised to tight time scales and will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy
- Need good attention to detail as the weld quality is a key factor
- Permanent / Full Time
The Essentials
- Honesty and reliability.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Experience in welding heavy gauge.
- Experience with mild steel.
- Welding experience.
- Experience with medium to heavy metals.
- A right first-time attitude.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday 08.00 to 17.00
- Friday 07.30 to 16.00
- Overtime available
Salary
Salary is negotiable based on experience. We offer excellent salary opportunities.
