The Job
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, continuously improving our customer experience, and maintaining efficient operations.

- Provide excellent customer service to all accounts.
- Provide timely follow-up to customer requests
- Communicate daily with Outside Sales Associate on enquiries and/or orders received.
- Prepare and sends quotes to clients as required.
- Coordinate equipment requirements for efficient order fulfillment and cost containment.
- Plan and direct customer orders in conjunction with the service department.
- Ensure proper generation of rental agreements and associated documents.
- Arrange freight and transportation.
- Assist with vendor purchasing.
- Assist with parts and equipment inventories.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Permanent / Full Time / Available Immediately
The Essentials
- Customer service experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Sales experience in industrial equipment or a welding equipment sales/ rental environment (ideally construction, fabrication, and/or manufacturing sectors) would be an asset.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.
- Computer skills to produce effective spreadsheets, reports, as required.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Adaptable to set and prioritise work with varying exceptions.
- Communicates with clarity, verbally in one on one or group situations, and over the telephone.
- Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday 08.30 to 17.00
- Friday 08.30 to 16.00
Salary
